I'm VERY excited because tonight I bought a domain. Finally. So soon I'll be saying auf wiedersehen to diaryland and pitas. Both wonderful - just time to do something more permanent. I should have the new pages up sometime next week, or the week after, depending on how confused I get.

Grist Magazine

Just noticed this site today. I found it when I was looking around at different vegetarian sites. I haven't eaten meat in, gosh, close to 15 years now, but I still can't cook much beyond the usual pasta dishes that are all cheese-centered. I'd like to figure out how to make some things that are more or less dairy-free.
